Where the parcel comes from
Every button on this site opens one listing at the store we partner with. From the moment you check out, that store owns the job: it picks the box off its own shelf, packs it, labels it and hands it to a carrier. We never touch the parcel and never see the address, which is the arrangement that lets us stay a small shop that mostly writes cards.
Where tracking lives
On the order page of the store you bought from, next to the order itself. That page updates in real time and ours would not — asking us for tracking is slower than asking them, every time.
What actually affects timing
Which shipping speed you picked at checkout, how far the box is travelling and the time of year. The weeks before Christmas and the fortnight before Valentine’s are the two windows where a party game can sit in a queue, because a lot of people have the same idea at once.
Boxes going abroad
If the store ships to your country, the listing will say so at checkout, and import charges are decided by your own customs service rather than by anybody in this chain. A deck of cards is light and flat, which generally keeps the cost reasonable.
